my validic API credentials has not been assigned to me
my validic API credentials has not been assigned to me. I have filled the validic form and has written to their support unit via their email but nothing has been emailed to me. its urgent please

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble. I hope that it's been fixed, but in the event that it hasn't we've alerted the Validic team and asked that they escalate your request.
